Terrible customer service. Purchased an electrical shut off switch for my spa. Due to pandemic the contractor was delayed installing and when he opened the sealed box the breaker was damaged. I contacted Clearwater where it was purchased and they were less then helpful. Was told if it was purchased on an account then they would look up the transaction.Sold me defective electrical parts and were not willing to work with me to make it right.Will buy from other retailer for any future purchases.

Worst place for hours. Basically hours like a 50s bank. I’ve tried 3 time to come here and every time they are closed during operating hours.

I have been dealing with Clearwater Pools for over 5 years and highly recommend Brian and staff for top notch customer service. They're always helpful, quick to deal with any issue or offer advice, on time and friendly. If you are considering a hot tub, definitely go to Clearwater first.

Very disappointed, called in early May to book a service call they said they would be in the next week but did not show up. Called them back and they said that they were running behind however it’s been 6 weeks and I have not heard a thing from them.

I’m not one to do many reviews. We’ve had our pool for about 6 years now. It’s in a remote location so I do my own maintenance. They were recommended by friends of ours who have had a pool and hot tub for many years. Brian and his staff have always been very helpful with maintenance tips, our pool water is always crystal clear as a result. I recommend Clearwater Pools.

Our family has a Bull Frog Hot tub as well as an in ground heated pool. I would have to highly recommend the management and staff at clear water pools. The whole team has done an amazing job installing our pool, maintaining our pool weekly, as well as our hot tub. We have a large dog in our back yard and the maintenance team are greeted by him every week and it is a pleasure to see that he is treated as one of the family. Their service is exceptional, the management ad staff have gone above and beyond to service our hot tub this summer after we experienced a faulty board. Their services has added to our experience and enjoyment of our pool in our back yard.(O'Leary family, Middle Cove, Newfoundland)

Have had our pool from Clearwater Pools since the summer of 2012. Customer Service is next to none. They do our set up in the spring, maintenance all summer and the close up in the early fall. Always there at a moments notice when needed, even for the smallest of things. Great family business and a great business to deal with in general. Love Clearwater Pools!
